Orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator, depending on the item.

Average delivery time: 3 – 10 business days after dispatch.

Tracking numbers are provided by email once your order ships.

We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Delivery time may vary from 10 – 21 business days, depending on location and customs delays.
Import duties or taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, Ely Coquette is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to postal or courier issues.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it once new shipping fees are covered.
