If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

🕒 We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

🛍️ Non-Returnable Items

Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized or personalized items

Digital products or downloads

Used glass cups, tumblers, or drinkware

Sale or clearance items

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email notification.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll gladly replace it.
